Appreciating the need for Muslims and non-Muslims to benefit from effective halal and ethical ‘Financial Services’ we proceeded to develop our own applied knowledge of Islamic Financial products and instruments and thereby the sector. This was the first step.

M. Ali Vania of AV Associates is a person who explained everything, the overall process, which is not an easy task.
AV Associates were with us through each step with details right from selecting the house, surveying the house, choosing the lawyer, helping me in understating bank questions, talked to the seller on behalf of me and ultimately helped me purchase our home.

I was recommended to consult AV Associates through a family member who had dealt AV Associates on several different financial projects previously. From the first contact over the telephone, Mr Vania exuded confidence & first-hand knowledge of the market and what my case entailed.
Within the first two minutes of that conversation I felt reassured this was the person who I wanted to handle my case. The case was unique in the sense that I am an Ex-Pat and the possibility of face to face meetings would be remote. The case itself presented many obstacles which required to be overcome. Mr Vania first and foremost advised me of the stumbling blocks which would be encountered and more importantly the process he would use to resolve each issue.
